We are seeking a Servant Leader Intern to contribute to our Freedom School initiative. This intern position would be great for any college-aged young adult or recent graduate looking to develop leadership skills and gain advocacy experience.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a positive role model and ensure scholar safety.

• Set up, manage, and break down classrooms per CDF standards.

• Engage scholars in the Integrated Reading Curriculum.

• Attend all required national and local trainings.

• Ensure program components are implemented effectively.

• Report issues to the Site Coordinator.
   

Qualifications

• Completed at least one year of college (ages 18-30).

• Strong motivation and teamwork skills.

• Commitment to children’s success and well-being.

• Excellent communication and professionalism.

• Conduct routine site visits (onsite or virtual) to ensure program fidelity.
